Supply and installation of 28km of HDPE pressure pipe for the bulk water reticulation upgrade serving northern Tshwane communities. Pipe diameters ranging from 110mm to 630mm.
The Challenge
Working within active urban infrastructure with existing services, minimising disruption to residents while meeting strict water quality standards.
Our Solution
Utilised butt-fusion welded HDPE pipe for leak-free joints. Phased installation methodology with bypass systems to maintain water supply throughout construction.
The Outcome
Project delivered within budget, providing reliable potable water to over 50,000 residents. Zero contamination incidents during construction.
